Sheherazade

Named 'Sheherazade' for the Arabian Queen who it is fabled kept her stories coming (all 1,001 of them) so the king wouldn't kill her, this necklace features JavaBead's beautiful 'Arabian Nights' borosilicate lampwork glass beads, with clusters of semi precious and precious gemstones of pink sapphire, iolite, amethyst and aquamarine, which echo the colours in the glass. Finished with a chain of deep purple amethyst round beads, all wrapped up in sterling and fine silver wire, and finished with a hand-forged sterling silver hook clasp. This necklace is 17" long, but can be clasped to make it shorter.
