PAYMENT & POSTAGE

All the prices include postage to addresses in the UK. For UK customers, items under £50 will be sent by First Class post. Items over £50 will be sent by Special Delivery GuaranteedTM.
If you are outside the UK there will be an additional postage charge of £4.00 to cover the cost of International postage. Please add the ‘international Postage’ option to your shopping cart before making your payment.

Items costing under £50 will be sent by Royal Mail’s International Standard service. Items over £50 will be sent by Royal Mail’s International Tracked & Signed, International Tracked, or International Signed (depending on which of these services is available to your country). Royal Mail aims to deliver within 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world.

The buyer is responsible for any additional customs charges that may apply in your country.

I will accept payment by PayPal only. To make your payment, just click on the 'Add to Cart' button for the item you wish to buy. This will automatically generate a PayPal invoice and take you through to the PayPal site to complete your payment.

I aim to ship all items within 3 days of purchase, and if there is any delay I will let you know. I will send you confirmation by email that your item has been sent.
All jewellery will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed in an organza bag unless you ask for something different, and I bubble-wrap for extra protection when shipping.

Please note that adding an item to your shopping cart does not automatically update the site to show the item has sold. I will be checking regularly to make sure the site is kept updated, but in the event that you have selected a piece that has already been sold I will be happy to make a similar one for you or return your payment.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

I want my customers to be completely happy with their jewellery, so if you are not 100% happy with an item you've bought you may return it, as long as you let me know within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund of your original payment (i.e. item price plus the original postage costs).

If you wish to return an item, please email me at jewellery@alisonperry.com to confirm you wish to cancel the contract of sale. Please include in your email:

Date of purchase
Date you received the item
Your Name
Your Address

The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return postage. Please obtain proof of postage for anything you send back.
I will refund your payment via the same method you paid within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or receiving evidence the item has been sent back).

I do not accept returns on custom-made items, but I will be happy to make adjustments to commission pieces if the size is not right.

ALTERATIONS & COMMISSIONS

If you see a piece you like but think it will be too big / small, long / short I would be very happy to adjust things to fit where possible. Please just send me a message before you buy the item we can discuss your requirements before you commit to spending any money! If you find an item doesn't fit right once it arrives you are welcome to send it back for alterations too.
I am happy to take commissions and can work with you to create something special, just send me a message and we can go from there.
